Perlite (English name: Perlite) is a glassy rock formed by the rapid cooling of acidic lava from volcanic eruptions. It is named for its pearl-like fissure structure. [1] Perlite mines include perlite, obsidian and rosin. The difference among the three lies in that perlite has arc-shaped cracks formed due to condensation, known as perlite structure, with a moisture content of 2% to 6%. Pine resin rock has a unique pine resin luster and a water content of 6% to 10%. Obsidian has a vitreous luster and conchoidal fracture, and its moisture content is generally less than 2%.

On-site situation
The raw materials are conveyed from the raw material silo to the grinding chamber of the 5R4128 Raymond mill by the belt feeder for grinding. The ground materials are sent into the classifier by the air flow of the fan for classification. Under the action of the analyzer, the materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for re-grinding. The qualified materials are carried by the air flow through the pipeline into the cyclone collector for separation and collection. The finished powder is discharged through the discharge device. The separated air flow enters the fan through the return air pipe at the upper end of the cyclone collector. The finished powder is conveyed to the elevator by the plate chain conveyor and then placed into the finished product silo by the elevator.
